The Hospital is a Charitable Institution providing free cataract operations to the rural needy patients which accounts for over 70% of the total cataract operation. The Trust would be very happy to receive donations from generous individual, corporate donors for undertaking operations for the poor. Donations in multiples of Rs.1,000/- for each poor (free) case will be used for performing surgery for restoring vision for poor and needy, and the donors will be duly recognised. Donations in money or kind, for instruments and equipment, as also for building will be gratefully acknowledged. For the benefit of the people we request corporate sectors to join their hand in extending and expanding this noble cause. The Charitable Trust is registered under 80 (G) and 17(2) of I.T. which enables donors for availing exemptions for their donations. |
